The Puppet Factory, at its sole discretion, may from time to time include clearly labeled, paid advertising in its email newsletters.

Return Policy

You may return your purchase to The Puppet Factory for a full refund if you are not satisfied with our products. Please call +44 (0) 1295 477 050 to arrange returning your products. All tags must remain in place, and all original shipping materials and packing must be included. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of delivery.
