I telephoned to clarify something yesterday (Monday) afternoon prior to ordering – and then ordered over the phone. I opted for express delivery due to hoping for delivery by Thursday of the puppets that I ordered for my grand-daughter’s birthday. Receipt arrived by post first thing this am Tuesday followed by delivery of the parcel about 11.15am. Thank you very much – your service is fantastic and the puppets are lovely - my grand-daughter will be as delighted as I am!  Sincerely,
