Postage and packing charges:
Charges for the UK, EU, and the Channel Islands are shown in the tables below. For Deliveries to the Rest of the World please order through our parent company www.thepuppetfactory.com
We aim to dispatch your order within two working days of receiving it.
You will be notified by email or phone of any items that are out of stock, and when you can expect them to be delivered.
A Saturday delivery service is available, please ring Customer Service on +44 (0) 1295 477 050 for details.
Deliveries/Charges UK Mainland:
- We deliver FREE to UK Mainland all orders over £50 when sent “Standard Delivery”, and all orders over £100 FREE when sent “Express Delivery”.
- Standard Delivery time is 4-5 working days.
- Express Delivery time is 1-2 working days. This is a service available in England, Wales, N. Ireland and some parts of Scotland.

Return Policy
You may return your purchase to The Puppet Factory for a full refund if you are not satisfied with our products. Please call +44 (0) 1295 477 050 to arrange returning your products. All tags must remain in place, and all original shipping materials and packing must be included. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of delivery. Please note, we will not refund your shipping costs.
